Security with every operation
Oráculo IA security separates reading information, proposing a change and approving an operation. Lookup, proposal and approval are different steps. Oráculo IA limits actions to the authorized store and validates assistant requests on the server.
Review before saving
Available write operations must show a proposal. Check identity, values and effects before approving.
Concurrent changes
Product and order edits check their revision to detect changes since the lookup. If there is a conflict, read again.
Operation history
Review recorded actions. Before repeating a slow save, verify the result in the original store.
Authorized WhatsApp
Operational commands are restricted to configured administrators and advisors. Group requests must address the assistant.
A defined scope
The chat does not offer a terminal, general server reading, SQL, plugin installation, role administration or permanent deletion of records.

Conversation instructions do not replace account permissions. Available operations are validated on the server and must target the authorized store. Attachments and external responses do not grant additional permissions either.
Before approving, review identity, values and effects. If a request is slow or fails, inspect the original record before repeating it. History helps distinguish a proposal from a saved operation.

Does Oráculo IA replace my store?
No. It works with the original products, customers and orders in the connected store. Saved changes use WooCommerce functions and hooks.
Can I speak naturally?
Yes. Describe what you need and continue the conversation. If information is missing or matches are ambiguous, the assistant should resolve that with you before preparing a change.
Are changes applied immediately?
Lookups do not change records. Write operations present a review and require the corresponding approval. Always check the store, line items and proposed values.
Can my team use WhatsApp?
The store links its own connection using a QR code. Operations are restricted to authorized numbers. Private conversations do not require a mention; groups do.
Does it read files and bulk-import CSVs?
The chat can analyze compatible formats within its size and reading limits. Background bulk import is a separate development: importing millions of products is not currently offered as an available capability.
Where do I see invoices and proformas?
On orders when your store connector and document plugin expose them. Oráculo IA shows available original documents; it does not invent invoices or turn a commercial PDF into a tax invoice.
