Discuss the business before the code
A need may begin as “office equipment” or “installation supplies.” Category lookup helps identify the relevant family before checking specific products.

To help you sell, the assistant needs context. Categories let you discuss families, uses and specialties before reaching a SKU. Use them to guide a search and build a conversation closer to the way customers ask for products.
“Which product families does my store carry?”
“I want to search networking, rather than computer accessories.”
“Help me understand how this catalog is structured.”
“Now find the specific product and check availability.”
A need may begin as “office equipment” or “installation supplies.” Category lookup helps identify the relevant family before checking specific products.
Clarify uses, specifications and item type. Then check the found products: a category provides context but does not itself prove compatibility, stock or price.
Structure lookup is separate from editing. Creating categories, subcategories or reassigning products requires the editing workflow still under development. The business map guides the current conversation without promising automatic reorganization.

Structure guides the search. Each product is verified afterward.

Categories show how the store organizes families and specialties. Querying them guides a conversation without downloading every product. Expand reading by pages when the structure is extensive.
Distinguish cables, network equipment and accessories before choosing an item. The family helps interpret a need, but a decision requires checking the real listing, SKU, version, price and stock.
Creating subcategories, renaming families or reassigning products affects navigation and the catalog. That editing workflow remains under development. The current lookup does not promise automatic store reorganization.

The product, customer and order belong to the same sale. Continue to the next skill with identified records and review each change against the original. Illustrative scene.
One skill connects to the next. Continue your operational workflow.

Query published categories and expand reading by pages when needed.
Use the structure to narrow the customer’s needs and then verify the products found.
Creating categories, subcategories and assignments requires its own review workflow. That editing is under development.

A useful conversation
“Which categories does my store have?”
“Check how the catalog is organized before finding the product.”
These are example requests. Results depend on store data, permissions and enabled features. When information is missing, Oráculo IA should ask.
Specify the customer, product or order and resolve matches before proceeding.
Check values and missing information. Available write operations require review and approval.
Distinguish between a lookup, proposal and saved operation. Check the original before repeating an action.
Querying categories does not mean reading the entire catalog or editing its hierarchy. Conversational category editing is not yet presented as available.
See permissions and approvals →The connected store keeps its original records. Lookups do not create another commercial catalog, and saved operations must be reflected in the original.
Reading the hierarchy helps identify product families before searching for individual items. The business map is paginated; reading it does not scan the whole catalog or verify every product’s stock.
Creating or moving categories and assigning products requires specific operations, hierarchy validation and review. That editing remains identified as pending development and is distinct from available category lookups.
Before you start
No. It works with the original products, customers and orders in the connected store. Saved changes use WooCommerce functions and hooks.
Yes. Describe what you need and continue the conversation. If information is missing or matches are ambiguous, the assistant should resolve that with you before preparing a change.
Lookups do not change records. Write operations present a review and require the corresponding approval. Always check the store, line items and proposed values.
The store links its own connection using a QR code. Operations are restricted to authorized numbers. Private conversations do not require a mention; groups do.
The chat can analyze compatible formats within its size and reading limits. Background bulk import is a separate development: importing millions of products is not currently offered as an available capability.
On orders when your store connector and document plugin expose them. Oráculo IA shows available original documents; it does not invent invoices or turn a commercial PDF into a tax invoice.
