Start with the information you have. Oráculo IA should ask for missing details, resolve matches and use original customers and products. Correct your intent during the conversation: change the customer, clarify a SKU or move to another task before approving.
Ask for a plain-language explanation of the proposal. Review the amounts, quantities, taxes, shipping and customer data returned by the store. Preparing an order does not charge the buyer; saving and status effects need review as part of the operation.
Check its status and documents exposed by the installed integration. Invoices and proformas belong to the original order; they are not fictional chat copies. Availability depends on the connected plugin. A status change may send emails and does not replace a financial refund.

Say who the customer is and what they need. Oráculo IA should resolve customer and product matches, ask for missing quantities and prepare an order using original records. No technical command syntax is required, but ambiguous details need clarification.
Check items, quantities, prices, available discounts, address, taxes and shipping. The illustrative subtotal is neither a tax total nor a shipping quote. Review the values returned by the store before approving an order.
Open the order and check status, notes and documents exposed by the connected plugin: invoice, proforma or others. Status changes may send emails. Completing, canceling or refunding requires care; changing a status label does not perform a bank refund.

Documents depend on what the store integration exposes. A proforma, a commercial invoice and a tax invoice are different documents. Status changes can trigger emails or automations and do not themselves issue a financial refund.

The store links its own connection using a QR code. Operations are restricted to authorized numbers. Private conversations do not require a mention; groups do.
The chat can analyze compatible formats within its size and reading limits. Background bulk import is a separate development: importing millions of products is not currently offered as an available capability.
On orders when your store connector and document plugin expose them. Oráculo IA shows available original documents; it does not invent invoices or turn a commercial PDF into a tax invoice.
